A new weekly Kundalini Yoga class begins next Tuesday evening in Watford!

Led by Sandra, this first class will be focusing on building physical strength and disease resistance, and there will be a lovely simple meditation that is very calming and excellent for helping you make decisions, by listening to and acting with your heart. This will be a great introduction to Kundalini Yoga to those who are new, and equally a great set for those with yoga experience too.

Yoga mats will be provided, but you may like to bring a bottle of water and a light cover-up for relaxation. Sandra will be staying for a little while after the class and there will be some herbal tea served so please feel free to stay for a chat after class if you would like.
