In our next class we will be doing a Kriya to help us live from the very centre of our being. Mentally, this means being able to hold and project a thought, an idea, into reality. In the physical body, the deep muscular tension released through the exercises enables the blood to flow freely to all parts of the body, feeding the cells with oxygen and nutrients and flushing the body of toxins This Kriya works to give you command in both mental and physical realms, to give us the spirit of a saint and the fearlessness of a warrior.
We will also practise a meditation to help still the most restless mind. Just like the eye of the storm, letting us find stillness in a world of insanity.
