A monthly Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class in a lovely cosy setting. Suitable for all abilities. Class includes warm-ups, a kriya (exercise set – working on a different goal each time), a relaxation and a meditation. Please feel free to arrive any time from 7pm to chill on your mat and have a herbal cuppa.
