We run a weekly group Kundalini Yoga classes in Watford on Tuesdays, 7.20-8.30pm. The venue, Watford Quakers (in the Nascot Wood area of Watford) is a cosy, peaceful setting. There is a free car park at the venue and additional parking on the street. We bring a few spare yoga mats each week but if you can bring your own this is preferable. You may also like to bring a light blanket/shawl for relaxation. Please avoid eating a heavy meal before coming to class. (Ideally it is best not to eat within the 2 hours before class).
The classes are open to all abilities with no commitment to attend weekly, although we highly recommend weekly attendance to receive the most benefit from the classes. These are fairly small classes and we aim to create a familial, comfortable atmosphere, so if you’re a complete yoga beginner this is no problem at all. If you already have yoga experience, you will certainly experience the benefits of the exercise sets and meditations – wherever you are at in your practice, this class will help you to develop at a pace that is right for you.
Classes run most weeks term-time, and occasionally in school holidays too.
Watford class venue address: 150 Church Road, Watford WD17 4QB
Please contact us ahead of attending your first class to ensure it is running.
